What is the Get More Rewards Program?

The Get More Rewards program is a solution offered by The UPS Store Canada for small businesses looking to run their businesses efficiently, or for customers looking for efficiencies for their personal needs. By signing up to the program, either by visiting theupsstore.ca or by downloading our app, customers are provided with a unique Get More Rewards member number. When shown at the point of transaction, program members are eligible for in-store discounts, special offers and value-added benefits.

What products or services are not included in the discount?

Get More members receive a 10% discount off the posted retail price for all products and services subject to the following exclusions. Postal services: retail postage and mailing services. Courier services: Discount applies to UPS shipments made on the store UPS account only and does not apply to any other courier services offered in store. Discount applicable to the base shipping charges plus applicable fuel surcharge, as well as Shipment Protection (Pack & Ship Guarantee). Discounts not available for UPS assessorial charges. Other exclusions include: Western Union services, mail forwarding fees, mail set-up fees, key deposits for mailbox rentals, prepaid copy and fax accounts. Discount cannot be combined with other offers. Selection and pricing may vary by store.

How do I sign up for the Get More Rewards Program?

There are two easy ways to sign up. You can either create your profile directly on our website by visiting our Get More page. Or you can download the app onto your smart phone by visiting the App Store or Google Play. Click here to sign up on our website.

Can I use it only at the store I signed up with or at all locations?

Yes! You are able to enjoy your Get More Rewards pricing at any The UPS store location across Canada. If you do business with multiple locations, you will be asked to provide your Get More Rewards member number on your first visit to each independent The UPS Store location.

Can I use it in the US?

This program is only available at The UPS Stores in Canada. Registration is restricted to Canadian addresses only.

Do I need to show my member number to enjoy the discounts?

Yes. To verify your participation in this program you will be asked to present your Get More member number. The easiest way to do so is to download the Get More app on your phone and simply show the unique number that appears in the app.
