AMAZON RETURNS

  • Do you accept Amazon Returns?
    • Yes - Only UPS return labels are accepted. We DO NOT accept Purolator, FexEx, or any other courier than UPS and DHL.
  • If I have my item, but need the label printed, do you offer this service?
    • Yes, with our Printing Services, you can come in with the label saved on a USB, or Email us the label when you at our store, and we can print and attach it on your item.
  • Is there a fee for printing?
    • Yes, we charge a File Processing Fee of $2.00 +tax (printing from USB or Email), This fee includes 1 page letter in black and white. Additional printing starts at $0.15 +tax for single sided black and white.
  • I don't have the original bag/box anymore, what are my options?
    • We have complimentary shipping bags when shipping with UPS for small non-fragile items. If it's a larger item or needs packing material, we have Packing Services at additional cost for boxes, and cushioning material. Let our packing experts help you choose the right size box for your item.
  • I don't have tape for my box...
    • For the first time, we can tape up your box. You can purchase a roll of tape for your future drop offs.
  • Amazon sent me a return label, but it doesn't look like a UPS Shipping Label, what do I do?
    • In cases where Amazon does not provide a UPS Shipping label, sometimes you are required to pay for the return yourself. We can provide you with options for shipping in-store, and all shipments with UPS include a tracking number.
  • Do I get a receipt for my drop off?
    • Yes, at your request we will offer you a receipt. Alternatively, you can record your tracking number and track it online.
  • Should I cover the old label if I'm using the same box/bag that I got it in?
    • If there is an old shipping label on the box, remove it, cover it, or mark on it with a black marker so it's not legible. Having the old label on with the new label, will confuse UPS, and it might get returned back to you.
  • If I have 3 items for return, and have 3 separate UPS Shipping labels, can I put it in one box?
    • Only 1 Shipping Label is to be visible per shipment. You can separate the items, and either purchase a box from us or if it fits in our complimentary shipping bags, that's an option as well.
