“I LOVE THIS UPS STORE! They have always been unfailingly kind, helpful, good-humoured and incredibly patient with all my complicated emails (remember? about the horrors of Greek bureaucracy?) and print-outs. Sometimes I think they will tell me to stop already, enough with these secretarial tasks, but they never do (and I don't want to push my luck.) Ahoora also recommended that I use other mail services if I wanted a lower price . . . but the other place was almost as expensive and not nearly as helpful. So. I learned my lesson and if I have to courier something, I know where to go. A few dollars more is SO worth it. Not to mention the printer, the computer, the excellent large-scale printing (we have a beautiful large format photo print in our house from this place) and the GREAT Patience of the staff. We are so lucky to have them in the neighbourhood! Thank you, you two!”

“I moved to Toronto from Alberta a little over a year ago and, as it turns out, it is a NIGHTMARE for me to access my driving records in order to secure insurance. So the day I went into this UPS location, I was tired, stressed out, and anxious about filling out paperwork correctly, and this location was BUSY at the moment. There were at least 4 other customers in the store who were at various stages of getting their shipping needs met by Lobat, the manager, who was working at the counter. She was so calm, friendly, helpful, and flexible throughout the whole experience. TRULY a professional in both her mannerisms, and her ability to multi-task under pressure. She didn’t make me feel rushed, she didn’t make me feel bad if I became confused or made mistakes. She made the whole experience SO pleasant for me! Will absolutely return to this location when I need speedy mail deliveries. Thanks Lobat!”

“I've been using this UPS Store location for 4 years now and they have been helpful in many ways. Recently I had an issue with a Returning service that couldn't be used and the guy at the store was understanding and helped me solve the problem quickly. They are my 1st option when sending important packages, especially for Government Paperwork, as I find that their prices and services are better than their competitors'. By the way, if you want to laminate or reduce your Vaccine Passport to wallet size, they also offer that service as well, for a very reasonable price. This is very useful if you are travelling or if you don't want to constantly open your phone just to show your Vaccine Passport. Keep the good work guys!”
