Sebastian Saez & Yumey Cuan – Owners & Operators
We’re Sebastian and Yumey, the owners and operators of The UPS Store in Campbell River. In 2018, we embarked on a journey from Vancouver to Campbell River, with dreams of managing our own business. We found this little print shop on its way out, and on the very day we signed those papers, we also found out we were expecting! Now, it’s been quite a ride. We’ve poured our hearts into The UPS Store, revamped it twice, alongside raising our son and becoming part of this amazing community around us. We’re incredibly passionate about working with our local community, and we’re grateful for the support we’ve received. We look forward to continuing to grow alongside all of you!

Vienna May Sauvage – Graphic Designer/Marketing Manager
Meet Vienna May, also known as Vienna or V! With a Marketing Degree from BCIT under her belt, Vienna’s journey into the professional world of design began shortly after. Vienna has previously honed her skills in digital design, photography, document composition, and Social Media marketing. She is currently pursuing the Advanced Development and Design Diploma at NIC in Courtenay. Vienna brings a wealth of design expertise and a fresh perspective to our creative endeavors.
Proficient in the entire Adobe Suite, WordPress Development, Branding and Packaging, UI Design, and digital illustration, Vienna is a versatile designer ready to tackle any project. In-store, she also excels in working with multiple machines and mediums, including laser engraving, our vinyl printer, specialty prints, and she’s currently learning sublimation techniques. Whether she’s at the store or working remotely, Vienna is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Sami Schubert – Sales Associate/Marketing Assistant
Meet Sam! Sami is a dedicated member of our team! After five wonderful years in Courtenay, she returned to Campbell River and is thrilled to be here. Sami is a proud single mom of an ambitious 7-year-old boy who keeps her on her toes!
Job hunting was a bit of a puzzle for her, as she explored various roles without finding the perfect fit. That all changed when she discovered The UPS Store. It’s such a unique and inviting space, and she knew she had found her place. Yumey and Sebastian welcomed Sam with open arms. They are not just her bosses; they’ve become friends and truly the whole package! Every day here is a fresh adventure, and she gets to work alongside an amazing team.
Sam is involved in various aspects of our operations, including shipping quoting, packaging, printing, sublimation, and engraving. Her dedication and expertise ensure that every customer receives top-notch service and assistance. Sami is more than likely to be one of the first faces you will see when you enter our store.
