What is the Get More Small Business Solutions Program?
The Get More program is a solution offered by The UPS Store Canada for small businesses looking to run their businesses efficiently by providing for in-store discounts, special offers and value-added benefits to program members.
What special offers does it include?
Currently, Get More members can enjoy 10% off just about anything in store! This includes:
– UPS shipping (when you ship UPS on the store account)
– Packaging Supplies & Service
– Mailbox Rentals
– Mailbox Services such as mail forwarding or holding
– Printing & Copying Services
– Document Finishing & more!
In addition, Get More members will also enjoy earning Aeroplan miles on every purchase, 1 mile for each one dollar spent.
What products or services are not included in the discount?
Get More members receive a 10% discount off the posted retail price for all products and services subject to the following exclusions. Postal services: retail postage and mailing services. Courier services: Discount applies to UPS shipments made on the store UPS account only, and does not apply to any other courier services offered in store. Discount applicable to the base shipping charges plus their applicable fuel surcharge, only. Discounts not available for UPS assessorial charges. Other: Western Union services, set-up fees, file processing fees, prepaid copy and fax accounts. Discount cannot be combined with other offers. Selection and pricing may vary by store.
Can I use it only at the store I signed up with or at all locations?
With your Get More card, you will be able to enjoy your special rates at any The UPS store location across Canada.
Can I use it in the US?
This program is only available at The UPS Stores in Canada. Registration is restricted to Canadian addresses only.
Do I need to show my member card to enjoy the discounts?
Yes. To verify your participation in this program you will be asked to present your Get More member card , either the temporary version that you will receive by email after signing up, or the physical card that you receive by mail.
How are the Aeroplan miles awarded in this program?
You can earn 1 Aeroplan Miles for every one dollar spent in respect of a purchase at The UPS Store (in-store only) if you present your Get More card at time of purchase.
What exceptions are there with regards to the Aeroplan portion of the program?
Aeroplan Miles are earned on the basis of purchases made at The UPS Store (before taxes). Aeroplan Miles will not be awarded on cancelled or returned orders. Aeroplan Miles will be credited to the member’s account within eight (8) weeks following the transaction at The UPS Store. They are valid at all Canadian locations only and have no cash redemption value. These offers may not be combined with any other offers or savings unless otherwise specified. Aeroplan Miles can only be earned on those products and services available at The UPS Store locations in Canada, and only on those items that are approved for sale in store by The UPS Store Corporate Office. Aeroplan Miles can not be earned for online transactions with The UPS Store. The Aeroplan offer does not apply to the purchase of gift cards and applicable taxes. I am not an Aeroplan member. Do I have to be to participate in the Get More program?
No, you do not have to be an Aeroplan cardholder in order to join the Get More program. However, you will be unable to collect any of the Aeroplan miles offered as part of this program.
What if I decide to become a Get More member, but don’t know my Aeroplan card number at time of registration?
No problem. You will be able to log back into your member profile and add that information at any time.
How long will it be before I receive my actual card?
Within 4-6 weeks after you sign up for the Get More program, you should receive your actual member card. In the meantime, once you have signed up to the program, you will receive an email with a temporary card including your unique member number.
I have lost my member card. How do I retrieve it?
That’s easy. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We’ll gladly help you replace it.
