I would just like to extend my sincere appreciation to one of your employees for all his kindness, guidance and patience with me while scheduling a pick up out of Ajax, Ontario to Winnipeg recently.

His name is Robert and he is a real gem! He walked me through the UPS parcel shipment and delivery process online. He was very cheerful and calm when dealing with my calls (and there were several as this was my first time doing a long distance shipment). He was extremely knowledgeable and familiar with the process. I realize that this is a very busy time of year for your store and your employees over the holidays but Robert was a star in my eyes! I felt you should know what a delightful employee Robert is and I wanted to acknowledge him for that. In closing, I would certainly recommend your UPS store to anyone because of how I was treated.

Your competitors in the neighbourhood might be easier to find but it’s worth a few minutes to hunt for your UPS store on Regent Ave West because Ken is consistently alert, friendly and professional. He seems genuinely glad to provide exceptional service.

Your truly amazing staff always greet me promptly with a nice smile, direct eye contact and a sincere “Hello, how may I help you?” They are attentive to every detail of my little printing projects — provide a first copy so that I can confirm they got it right. Even if they are multitasking, they give priority to the paying customer at the counter. I appreciate that very much! They take care to put my high-quality colour copies neatly into a folder, and as they complete the payment transaction as well as provide me promotional material regarding special UPS deals that might interest me. They are polite, efficient, tech-savvy, and business-minded.

I intend to continue to spend my money at your UPS store simply because I receive exceptional service from all of them.

Last week I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Josh Kass. I called for information regarding printing onto clothing and received exceptional service! I can honestly say that you have fabulous staff and I have always been more than satisfied with the quality of your prints & excellent customer service.
