At THE UPS STORE 477 assisting customers and our local business community is something that we endeavor to do each and every day. Each employee is trained and skilled on going an extra mile for customer service as this is more important than making an actual sale or any other obligation in the store.

Italian day celebrations June 8th, 2014:
We were thrilled to be a participating business in this year’s Italian Day festival that took place in our community on Commercial Drive. It was going to be a warm day, so we stocked up with 1400 bottles to make sure our community members could take the heat! The UPS Store #477 donated 200 bottles at the event start, at noon. Would you believe that between 2-4pm, we gave away the remaining 1200 bottles of water?
It was a great pleasure to celebrate this great day, and to meet so many wonderful people.
Car free day June 15th, 2014:
Car Free Day was celebrated in our community on June 15th. There was great enthusiasm among all the people on Commercial Drive, but the weatherman had different plans. The pouring rain came down intermittently and tried it’s best to scare the participants but all came fully prepared and were able to sustain the typical Vancouver weather. All of the staff at The UPS Store #477 on Commercial Drive had great fun watching and participating in this event.
